Gibson showcases its guitars with NFTs

Gibson Brands, Inc. the famous American instrument maker reportedly intends to sell NFTs of its six most popular guitar models: Les Paul, Flying V, SG, Thunderbird, Explorer and an ES-330 or ES-335 along with features such as the guitar headstock and truss rod cover. 

The manufacturer has filed trademark applications as “intent to use”, suggesting that Gibson plans to use the images of these guitars in the near future. 

So it’s quite possible that Gibson will soon get into the NFT business.

It won’t be the first guitar manufacturer to release NFTs of its products. In November, ESP launched an NFT collection based on its Pyrograph series of electric guitars. 

Meanwhile, companies like CryptAxx are using traditional guitars
